Do zadań Zespołu Ekodoradców należy w szczególności:

Udzielanie informacji i edukowanie przedsiębiorców w zakresie prawnych wymogów w obszarze ochrony środowiska.
Udzielanie informacji na temat możliwości wdrażania w podmiotach gospodarczych nowoczesnych technologii i rozwiązań w zakresie ochrony środowiska.
Udzielanie informacji na temat źródeł finansowania ekoinnowacji w przedsiębiorstwach.
Współpraca z ekspertami branżowymi, naukowcami oraz innymi podmiotami działającymi na rzecz ochrony środowiska.
Promowanie idei zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz dobrych praktyk przedsiębiorców w realizacji działań prośrodowiskowych.

Powołany zespół stanowi część ważnego przedsięwzięcia realizowanego w naszym województwie pn. EkoMałopolska – będącego kompleksowym programem na rzecz poprawy jakości środowiska.

Działalność ekodoradców jest bezpłatna. Ekodoradcy są mobilni. Mogą świadczyć usługi bezpośrednio w siedzibie przedsiębiorcy.
